Gestión del conocimiento y gestión de cambio: Estudio Bibliométrico

Resumen
Este trabajo tiene como objetivo hacer un análisis bibliométrico de las variables: gestión del cambio (CM) y gestión del conocimiento (KM), además, de determinar la tendencia o evolución de ambas en el ámbito de la investigación, así mismo, pretende identificar el volumen de producción de artículos bajo este contexto y el aporte significativo para las próximas investigaciones. A partir de este análisis se procura encontrar la relación que existe entre ambas variables, toda vez que su fusión e interacción permita resolver dificultades que enfrenan las organizaciones respecto a la tendencia dinámica y de constante cambio que presenta el contexto económico, social y tecnológico del presente siglo. Los resultados de este análisis están basados en una muestra de 118 artículos y se contempla información relacionada a un periodo de 27 años, donde se observa una tendencia al declive de publicaciones a partir del periodo 2010 al 2014 hasta la fecha, por otro lado; la tendencia a citar estas fuentes se ha mantenido desde el 2015. Otros aspectos importantes que demuestran los resultados a través de los gráficos son la identificación de las características más significativas de la producción científica, los países que más publicaciones tienen y los artículos que más se han citado en los últimos 10 años. Este estudio identifica la necesidad de crear más contenido o incrementar la producción científica que incluya las variables CM y KM para consolidar la base teórica que aporte más información para futuros trabajos que contextualizan las exigencias de este siglo.
