Knowledge management and change management: Bibliometric Study
Main Article Content
Abstract
This work aims to make a bibliometric analysis of the variables: change management (CM) and knowledge management (KM), in addition to determining the trend or evolution of both in the field of research, likewise, it aims to identify the volume of production of articles under this context and the significant contribution for the next investigations. Based on this analysis, an attempt is made to find the relationship that exists between both variables, since their fusion and interaction allow solving difficulties that organizations face regarding the dynamic and constantly changing trend presented by the economic, social, and technological context of the present century. The results of this analysis are based on a sample of 118 articles and information related to a period of 27 years is considered, where a downward trend in publications is observed from the period 2010 to 2014 to date, on the other hand; the tendency to cite these sources has been maintained since 2015. Other important aspects that demonstrate the results through the graphs is the identification of the most significant characteristics of scientific production, the countries that have the most publications and the articles that are most widely read. have cited in the last 10 years. This study identifies the need to create more content or increase scientific production that includes the CM and KM variables to consolidate the theoretical basis that provides more information for future work that contextualizes the demands of this century.
