Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the applications of game theory in the process of strategic management and administration of companies. The applications focused on the areas of finance, accounting and legal economy. For this purpose, a literature review of the concepts, findings and contributions of various authors that were collected in a sequential manner to be analyzed in the document was carried out. It is concluded that game theory has an active participation in the strategic management and business management process to determine the irrational or altruistic behaviors that may or may not be productive for the survival of organizations.
