Abstract

Leadership and emotional intelligence play a central role among the interactions of the actors and observers of the organizations. It is only in recent years that the growing interest in the study of emotional intelligence on the part of companies has been awakened. This study will present that the key to success in leadership is the result of social interactions and not only operational performance issues, hence it can be assumed that those leaders with greater social skills and therefore greater emotional intelligence can lead to better way to his followers and the organization to achieve their goals
