Knowledge management models in business and economics. Bibliometric analysis 2012 -2022

Abstract
In this article we proposed to aims to identify the relationships between knowledge management in the business and economics of scientific productions through bibliometric analysis obtained from all indexed documents in the Scopus database field of scientific productions through the bibliometric analysis of the productions obtained from the Scopus database in the period 2012 to 2022, using the VOS Viewer for the construction of bibliographic networks and Jamovi for descriptive statistical analysis.. With the purpose of structuring a connection between knowledge management in the business environment with the reality of the different study contexts. obtaining information on scientific activity, its impact and relevant bibliographic sources. The results revealed that the authors who had the greatest influence on the network of publications were García VH.M., then Sensuse D.I., followed by Valencia -Arias A., Ahmad K.; in addition, 22% of the research focused on theoretical and academic aspects, while 21% dealt with address the experience of companies in different economic sectors, 20% in the area of systems, 5% in the field of medicine and environment, 3% in the public sector and 2% in the cultural field. The importance of the knowledge generated by all individuals and the use given toto use of this information to optimize organizational processes is highlighted. In addition, it was found that studies in knowledge management highlighted the value of organizational culture to establish goals based on previous experiences, converting them into formal knowledge in the organization. This research suggests that companies, regardless of their sector, structure organizational knowledge, thus providing a framework for knowledge generation in other fields.
