Inteligencia emocional y liderazgo

Abstract
Revisando la literatura sobre liderazgo y su relacion con elementos tales como personalidad e inteligencia emocional de manera particular. Este estudio propone preguntas y tambien la necesidad en profundizar sobre este tema que tiene una implicacion directa en el relacionamiento con las personas del mismo pais, de la region y del mundo en general con miras al desarrollo de nuestras empresas a nivel global.
