Comportamiento del consumidor hacia las compras en línea durante la Covid-19 en Latinoamérica: Revisión sistemática de la literatura

Resumen
La pandemia de la Covid-19 produjo cambios en el comportamiento del consumidor hacia las compras en línea debido a las medidas de confinamiento. El objetivo del estudio es presentar los hallazgos empíricos del comportamiento del consumidor hacia las compras en línea durante la pandemia de la Covid-19 en Latinoamérica, entre los años 2020 y mediados del 2022. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura y se seleccionaron 12 investigaciones publicadas en bases de datos científicas. La revisión reveló que, la adaptación a las compras en línea disminuyó el nivel de desconfianza hacia los medios digitales, asociados a la facilidad de uso, seguridad del sitio web, ofertas y atributos de entregas, como los principales cambios en el comportamiento de compra.
