Proyectos de emprendimiento indígena en contextos volátiles, inciertos, complejos y ambiguos

Resumen

El entorno, que hoy en día se hace cada vez más volátil, incierto, complejo y ambiguo en comunidades indígenas, incide en el desarrollo de proyectos que abordan la investigación, cooperación, innovación y desarrollo para consolidar futuras empresas que se articulen a los intereses de los grupos en el marco de sus tradiciones culturales, sociales, económicas, ambientales, entre otras. Con base en lo anterior, el objetivo de este artículo es analizar los proyectos de emprendimiento indígena en contextos volátiles, inciertos, complejos y ambiguos, a partir de una revisión de literatura apoyada en artículos científicos publicados que se orientan en establecer la relación del entorno con la evolución de las comunidades. Este trabajo se realizó a través de la consulta de bases de datos científicas y académicas como ScienceDirect, ISI – Web of Science, Springer, Scielo, Google Scholar, y Scopus, completando el proceso con análisis de contenido y sistematización de artículos en el software NVivo. Finalmente, se encontraron diversos estudios en cuatro categorías: proyectos de desarrollo comunitario indígena, innovación y desarrollo, proyecto indígena y emprendimiento indígena, evidenciándose la importancia de construir propuestas metodológicas participativas, que lleven a una reflexión sobre el entendimiento acerca de la participación comunitaria, el impacto de la comunicación asertiva hacia proyectos sociales y el entorno volátil, incierto, complejo y ambiguo como medio de interacción con los proyectos.
