Liderazgo sostenible en el desarrollo de Comportamiento Proambientales en empresas de Servicios Turísticos

Resumen
Los desafíos ambientales actuales, crean una presión significativa sobre las organizaciones para que sean más sostenibles desde el punto de vista ambiental, llevando a que un número creciente de estas, comiencen a adoptar políticas y prácticas ecológicas para mejorar los beneficios económicos y, obtener al mismo tiempo, un mejor desempeño ambiental. Bajo este contexto, este estudio analiza la relación del Liderazgo Sostenible en los Comportamientos Ambientales, con una muestra de 150 empleados que laboran en empresas de servicios turísticos. A través de la aplicación de modelos de ecuaciones estructurales con cuadrados mínimos parciales (PLS-SEM), los resultados evidencian que el Liderazgo Sostenible tiene una influencia positiva y significativa en los Comportamientos Proambientales. Los hallazgos evidencian la importancia de incluir componentes ecológicos en la gestión empresarial para promover un desarrollo empresarial acorde a las necesidades del contexto actual.
